1. Domain Registration
All domain registration orders are non-refundable once the domain has been successfully registered. This policy applies because each registration is processed immediately through the global domain registry and cannot be reversed once completed.
2. Domain Renewal
Domain renewal payments are also non-refundable after processing. Please ensure you wish to renew your domain before confirming the payment. We recommend enabling auto-renew only for domains you intend to keep.
3. Domain Transfer
Refunds are not available for domain transfers once initiated. However, if a transfer fails due to a registry or technical error on our end, Namnix will either retry the transfer or provide a full refund at our discretion.
4. Incorrect Registrations
Namnix cannot issue refunds for domains registered with incorrect spellings, extensions, or details provided by the customer. Please double-check your information before submitting your order.
5. Refund Processing
In exceptional cases where a refund is approved, it will be issued through the original payment method. Refund processing may take 10 to 15 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Policy Violations
If a user is found to be in violation of our Terms of Service or other policies, all payments related to that account will be considered non-refundable.
