Namnix provides domain registration, transfer, and renewal services as an authorized reseller of international and local registries. All registrations are governed by the rules of the respective registry and applicable ICANN policies. You are solely responsible for verifying that your chosen domain name does not violate trademarks or intellectual property rights of others.
We reserve the right to deny, suspend, or cancel a registration if required by law, ICANN regulations, registry policies, or upon receiving a valid legal complaint.
You agree not to use any domain or associated services for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to phishing, distributing malware, spamming, or hosting content that promotes violence or infringes on others' rights. Namnix reserves the right to suspend or cancel any domain found violating these terms.
All payments must be completed at the time of purchase. Domains will renew automatically unless you disable auto-renew or cancel renewal before the expiration date. You are responsible for ensuring timely renewal to avoid loss of ownership. Any taxes or bank fees related to payments are your responsibility.
Refund eligibility is defined in our Refund Policy. Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are generally non-refundable once processed by the registry, except in cases of system error or failed registration.
You must provide accurate and complete contact details for WHOIS records when registering a domain. Failure to maintain valid contact information may lead to suspension or cancellation of your domain as required by ICANN or the respective registry.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Namnix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected domain service within the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Your continued use of Namnix services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
